4. Purpose of processing personal data
Any existing and possible personal data of customers/partner companies of Erillisverkot Oy is kept on the file. Herein, ‘company’ also refers to organisations in general.

Contact information is used in the management of customer and collaborative relation-ships. Data is processed in compliance with the Personal Data Act.

5. Data content of file
Data such as the following is recorded in the file:

• The forename, surname and contact information of the person
• Contact log
• Mailing lists, (such as bulletins).

6. Regular data sources
The following data is regularly recorded in the file:

• Data from the company and person in question
• Data from other relevant public sources.

7. Regular handovers of data
Data is not handed over to third parties.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or ETA
Data is not handed over to third parties. No data is transferred outside the EU or ETA area.

9. Principles behind data protection of file
A user ID and password are required in order to use the file, which are only granted to employees of the data controller. The file is protected from use by third parties and the use of the data is monitored.

10. Right of restriction
Data subjects have the right to restrict the processing of data related to them. They can ex-ercise this right in writing, addressed to the Data Protection Officer.

11. Right of access
Data subjects have the right of access to data related to them on the file. They can request right of access in writing, addressed to the Data Protection Officer.

12. Rectification
Upon the request of the data subject, the controller must rectify, erase or complement any register data which is erroneous, incomplete or outdated with regard to the purpose of processing data. The data subject must contact the data controller’s Data Protection Officer with regard to rectifying data.
