The primary users of Finland's authority radio network are all the authorities responsible for the safety and security of the state and its municipalities. Key user groups of the network include the emergency and fire & rescue services, the Police, the Frontier Guard, the Social and Health Services, the Customs Authority, and the Defense Forces.
